The Ford upper lock cylinder housing is also the upper bearing housing. Tilt and non tilt models. Some pivots may need to be transferred from the old housing. This reconditioned housing shell requires either a NEW Bearing Kit or ( New Upper Bearing with a New Lower Bearing).
