Upper locking rod for the longer design telescopic column. This rod goes inside 'teleshaft' and pushes the locking wedge as you tighten the telescopic adjuster. There are 2 length rods depending on which year, make & model vehicle you have. This longer shaft measures 4 1/4" (10.8cm).
